Call to Action

Information on the Call to Action feature and how to increase consumer engagement onGuardsZone.

The Call to Action on GuardsZone helps business owners and GuardsZone users to engage directly via a clickable button on the business page that says “Request a Quote”. Once a user clicks on that button, a series of pop-up screens will be presented so that users can provide detail for the service they are requesting and message business owners through their inbox.

Once you turn the Call to Action feature on, it will be available for users to engage through immediately.

Once you’re logged into your business account:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Call to Action’ page of your business user dashboard 
  2. Click on the “Turn Off”  button and you’ll be able to remove the messaging feature from your page

Your update should be reflected immediately on your business page.
