Additional information about GuardsZone for Business. 



  1.  Click on ‘Add a Business’ in the navigation menu at the top of the homepage
  2.  If you have an account, log in and fill out the form
  3. If you do not have an account on GuardsZone, fill out the form and register at the bottom of the page
  4.  Click on the  green ‘Submit Your Listing’ button at the bottom

Once you add a business to GuardsZone, you will be able to manage your listing through the GuardsZone for Business account.

Please note that if you submit a business listing through your personal account, GuardsZone will turn it into a business account and you will not be able to access consumer features on GuardsZone, such as looking for other security guard companies or saving businesses to your account.

The recommended reviews section of a business page aims to include the reviews that are authentic and informative.

Reviews that seem as though they are written by someone affiliated with the security guard company will be moved to the not recommended section at the bottom of the page.

If a review doesn’t offer other consumers on GuardsZone any relevant information about their experience (rants, exaggerations, one-liners) we may not recommend it.

Business owners cannot remove reviews from their business page themselves. If you feel that a review is unreliable or is not in accordance with our Content Guidelines, please report it and our team will look into it.

If you find inaccuracies with the way the review presents your business and its practices and experience, you can respond publicly through a comment. Please remember to stay respectful when communicating on the GuardsZone platform.

Once you have claimed your business through a GuardsZone for Business account, you will have the option to respond to reviews through a comment. 

We urge you to respond  so your dedication to your consumers is displayed on your business page when other users view it.

If you choose to engage in response to a review, please do so conscientiously.

If you cannot log into your business account, please follow the instructions below:

  1.  Locate the GuardsZone for Business login page
  2.  Click on the small text that says “Forgot Password?”
  3. Enter the email address you used to register for the account in the labeled field provided
  4.  Click on the ‘Reset Password’ button

You’ll receive a password reset link to the email if it matches one we have in the system and you can change your password.
If you ever want to change your password after you’ve logged into your account:

  1. Go to the ‘Account Settings’ page
  2. Click on ‘Change Password’
  3.  Enter your current password for verification purposes
  4.  Choose a new password
  5. Click ‘Save’

The best way to allow your business to thrive on GuardsZone is by ensuring that all information listed on your dedicated business page is accurate and up-to-date. If anything changes, quickly edit the page to reflect those changes.

Make sure to include your business website and any social media links if you have them – if you do not already have these digital marketing tools, please look into creating them. GuardsZone is a digital platform and most consumers will want to view information without having to do extra research to find information about your company.

Include a Call to Action! This feature is a free and easy way to entice customers into directly engaging with your business.

Be active – respond to comments and message users directly to illustrate your customer service skills. Potential clientele will be more inclined to support your business over another if they feel valued.
