Information regarding uploading and removing photos and videos on GuardsZone.
If you have a profile photo linked to the email account you signed up for GuardsZone with, that will be your default GuardsZone profile photo.
If you would like to manually choose a photo, once you’re logged into your GuardsZone account
1. Scroll over the user icon in the homepage navigation at the top of the screen
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ option from the dropdown menu that appears
3. Click on the blue ‘Upload Photo’
4. Select the photo you would like to upload from your files and it will be saved in the media library.
5. Save the image by clicking on the blue ‘Choose Image’ button
Once you’re logged into your GuardsZone account
1. Scroll over the user icon in the homepage navigation at the top of the screen
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ option from the dropdown menu that appears
3. Click on the blue ’Edit Profile Photo’ button next to your current photo
4. Choose the image that you’d like to remove and click on the ‘Remove Photo’ button
Currently, the only way for consumers to add photos or videos of a business is through the addition of a review to that business page.
1. Locate the business page of the security guard company you would like to add media to
2. Write your review and choose the option to upload media
3. Post the review
Once you have uploaded the media, it will display on the business page and in your media library.
To remove photos and videos of a business that you have added through a review,
1. Go to the ‘Reviews’ page of your account profile
2. Locate the individual review containing the business media you’ve uploaded
3. Click ‘Edit Review’ and you’ll have the option to remove the media attached to the review.
