Reporting an Inappropriate Photo/Video

Information regarding what kinds of photos and videos are acceptable to post on GuardsZone.

Any media uploaded to GuardsZone business pages by business owners and regular users should be relevant to the consumer experience of a business, which could include images and videos of what a physical business location looks like or the services offered by that  business.

Examples of media uploads that are in violation of the guidelines and may be removed include:

– Low resolution photos and videos (blurry or taken in the dark)

– Photos and videos that are too specific to an individual user experience and may not accurately reflect the business

– Media that is completely irrelevant to the business

– Media that contains explicitly inappropriate content (This violates our Terms of Service and the user or business account will get removed)

Please review GuardsZone’s Content Guidelines here. If you think a photo or video uploaded to the GuardsZone platform violates the guidelines, please report it (hyperlink to the “How do I report a photo or video? Page in the Reviews & Photos tab of the Support Center).

We will remove photos or videos that explicitly showcase individual consumers that were unaware and do not add relevant context to the business page.

We may leave the media up if we believe that there was no intentional privacy violation and the media is relevant and representative of the general consumer experience. Most photos and videos taken in public do not violate an individual’s expectation of privacy.

Please review GuardsZone’s Content Guidelines here. If you think a photo or video uploaded to the GuardsZone platform violates the guidelines, please report it (hyperlink to the “How do I report a photo or video? Page in the Reviews & Photos tab of the Support Center).
